Booking Picnic Boat 2 'Dolphin'

 Before attempting to book Picnic Boat 2 'Dolphin', you must:

• be a member of the SGBA and have paid the additional annual Boat Users fee
• become a registered user of the SGBA website by completing the registration process from the Register button on the top right of this website (this process could take a couple of days as the webmaster needs to verify that you are a member of the SGBA)
• have satisfied the Quartermaster or Bosun that you are qualified up to at least RYA Powerboat 2 or have equivilent experience and have had Rescue Boat orientation
• have received the combination lock code from the Membership Secretary
• read and understood the guidelines of using club boats
• printed off a copy of the instructions for using Picnic Boat 2 'Dolphin' ready for your trip.

Having done all of these things you are now ready to book your trip on Picnic Boat 2 'Dolphin'.

To make a booking:

1. Log on to the website (top right of website)
2. Above the calendar on the right hand side, click on the plus button + (This menu is only visible once you are registered and logged on). This will open a new page.
3. Please put the Event Title as follows: 
    [YOUR NAME] - tel.[YOUR PHONE NUMBER]
4. Sorry but the date still appears in American format i.e. Month then Day (we worked really hard to get rid of this but couldn't find a solution!)
5. Nothing else needs to be completed.
6. Now click "update" bottom left of page.
